I partecipanti dovranno arrivare alla stazione ferroviaria di Frosinone (Lazio) giovedì 10 maggio 2011  nella fascia oraria   14.30 - 18.30;  qui saranno accolti da personale dell'organizzazione .

Thursday the 10 th of May 2012  from the 2.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m all the participants and staff have to be at the station of Frosinone (Region of  Lazium). There will be tourist buses connecting the station with the hotels, all situated in the town of Fiuggi.    

I responsabili dell'organizzazione provvederenno all'assegnazione delle camere nei vari Hotel e alla consegna di un tesserino di riconoscimento che dovrà essere portato per tutta la durata della manifestazione.

Al termine della cerimonia di premiazione ci saranno dei pullman che accompagneranno i partecipanti sia alla Staz. di Frosinone che alla Staz. di Roma Termini

The staff of the organization will accompany the participants to the hotels and will give them the identity – cards necessary during the whole event.

At the end of the rewarding ceremony there will be buses which will transfer the participants to the station of Frosinone and to Roma Termini Station
